I kept seeing a hexagon shaped with a pattern of lines in it for months and in the silence of meditation last night, it dawned on me exactly what it meant. Those lines, like the waves, were speaking to me about the natural rhythm of everything. I remembered how I first understood that our emotions are meant to be rolled like waves - sometimes crashing, sometimes calm but always in motion. But I realized there’s another layer. Those blissful moments when we’re fully present and everything feels so alive, that’s also a wave. And so are the moments when the mind is filled with chatter. They’re all part of the same pattern, moving in and out, back and forth. It’s not about stopping the chatter or clinging to the bliss - it’s about witnessing both. Letting the chatter be just another wave that comes and goes, trusting that I’ll always return to that deep, peaceful joy. It’s an unbeaten pattern. I plan to use the hexagon as an anchor to help me integrate this fully into my immersed experience
