OVEREATING QUIZ ON TELF

You have low satiety responsiveness which means you are less likely to notice when you're full, and more likely to overeat as a result. If you want to eat less, try paying closer attention to how full you're feeling, pausing half-way through a meal for instance. At home, just serve yourself a single portion and quickly put leftovers away in the fridge or freezer. Avoid "mindless" eating while you're doing other things - watching TV or reading, for instance. Don't feel you necessarily have to finish everything on your plate - leftovers can be wonderful things.
