AFTRLF I met a Medicine woman from the Cherokee Nation after my brother passed away. She did a ritual exactly a year after his death. She said this ritual was her way to show the spirits their way to the veil. She said most spirits stick around a year and are able to watch us. The ritual was quite impressive near the ocean.

KY A wise Sage once said: “Without Grace you cannot even start on the spiritual path. But Grace arises only from action, so action has to be performed. Just as one person stretches out his hand and gives while another puts forth his hand to receive. Similarly action and Grace occur simultaneously. Action itself is Grace, for if there is no Grace, from whence will right action emerge ? Any spiritual practice that we perform will always yield results. It release us faster from the bondage of our karma. All fear is nothing more than thoughts. If there is only One, there cannot be a second to be afraid of. If we look to our Self, as it is one, there is nothing else to be afraid of. To think that there is something outside ourselves is the cause of fear, but if we are firmly rooted in our own Reality, then there will be no fear, no doubt and no undesirable qualities. As all these are centred around the ego and the sense of a separate identity.
Fourteen unanswered questions
A similar list of fourteen unanswered questions is identified in the Sanskrit Mahayana tradition.[1][3][note 2]
This list adds four additional questions to the list of ten questions identified in the early sutras; it is grouped into four categories.[1]
Questions concerning the existence of the world/universe in time:
- Is it true that:
- 1. The world (loco) is eternal?[note 1]
- 2. The world is not eternal?
- 3. The world is both eternal and not eternal?
- 4. The world is neither eternal nor not eternal?[note 3]
Questions concerning the existence of the world/universe in space:
- Is it true that:
- 5. The world is finite?
- 6. The world is infinite?
- 7. The world is both finite and infinite?
- 8. The world is niether finite or infinite?[note 3]
Questions referring to personal identity:
- Is it true that:
- 9. The soul and the body are the same thing?
- 10. The soul and the body are different things?
Questions referring to life after death:
- Is it true that:
- 11. A Realized One exists after death?
- 12. A Realized One doesn’t exist after death?
- 13. A Realized One both exists and doesn’t exist after death?
- 14. A Realized One neither exists nor doesn’t exist after death?
The Buddha remained silent when asked these fourteen questions.

Neutral Monism
Neutral monism is a monistic metaphysics. It holds that ultimate reality is all of one kind. To this extent neutral monism is in agreement with the more familiar versions of monism: idealism and materialism. What distinguishes neutral monism from its monistic rivals is the claim that the intrinsic nature of ultimate reality is neither mental nor physical. This negative claim also captures the idea of neutrality: being intrinsically neither mental nor physical in nature ultimate reality is said to be neutral between the two.
Neutral monism is compatible with the existence of many neutral entities. And neutral monism is compatible with the existence of non-neutral entities—mental and material entities, for example—assuming that these non-neutral entities are, in some sense, derivative of the ultimate neutral entities. Most versions of neutral monism have been pluralist in both these respects. They were conceived as solutions to the mind-body problem. The goal was to close the apparent chasm between mental and physical entities by exhibiting both as consisting of groups of the more basic neutral entities.
Any version of neutral monism will therefore have the answer the following three questions:
- What are the neutral entities and what is their nature?
- What is the relationship of these neutral entities to matter?
- What is the relationship of these neutral entities to mind?
- 1. Neutrality
- 2. Monism
- 3. The Relationship between Neutral and Non-Neutral Entities
- 4. Traditional Versions of Neutral Monism
- 5. Contemporary Versions of Neutral Monism
- 6. The Case for Neutral Monism
- 7. Objections to Neutral Monism
- 8. Neutral Monism and Other Doctrines

Well day is problematic. We're outside of time. People report a myriad of answers to the question “so what happened when you crossed over?” “When did you realize there was an afterlife?”
Everyone is different. Some are greeted by pets or animals to help them adjust. Some are met by children who were supposed to be born but were not. Some are met by loved ones, some met by people they thought they disliked, but realize they played a role.
Some are met by avatars, sometimes foljs from their religion, sometimes from other religions. Sometimes one on one with guides, sometimes crowds applauding wildly.
Then we have the issue of time. Roughly., 25 years here feels like ten minutes there. Two months “like a comma.”
People get acclimated at their own pace, then the fun begins. Read “Architecture of the Afterlife “ for descriptions of what thats about.

Mrityu Ashtak Stotra
Describing the origin of this ‘stotra’, Sutji said- ‘Lord Vishnu himself had taught this powerful ‘stotra’ to sage Markandeya. The daily chanting of this powerful mantra had enabled Markandeya to conquer death. One who daily chants this ‘stotra’ thrice a day enjoys a long life and never dies a premature death. The ‘stotra’ goes as follows -
DAMODARAM PRASANNOSMI KINNO MRITYUH KARISHYATI;
SHANKH CHAKRA DHARAM DEVAM VYAKTA RUPIN MATYAYAM.
