The Theoretical Foundation of the M Scale
Fundamental to mysticism is an experience of unity. Stace (1960) has contended that all mystical experiences have a common core, independent of the interpretation of the experience. This is frequently referred to as the common-core claim of mysticism. Opposing this vantage are the diversity theorists who suggest that language is not only the interpretation of the experience, language also constitutes the experience (Katz, 1977; Proudfoot, 1985). The diversity theorists, or social constructionists, suggest that Buddhists have Buddhist experiences, different from Christians who have Christian experiences,

A brief about spirituality.. Start to end
Shiv and Shakti are present in the human body too, having different locations of existence.
Shiv is in the brain where the part is called as SAHASTRAR, Shakti in the Guda called as MULADHAR(base of coccyx)
.. They are distant from each other and thus it is same for the Sadhak (practitioners), their long journey which requires a lot of births here (rebirth to learn ).
THE MOTIVE? To fuse the shiv and shakti and is called "sam rasya maha milan" - which leads to aatma mukti (mukti - be free from something ). This is our ultimate aim and for this we keep on taking births, but stray away from the path due to a lot of worldly pleasures and problems (maaya).
One thing that is really important for the start of real journey is the blessing/initiation from Sadhguru (not the current trending Sadhguru), your guide , your true guru.
The initiation should be without any desire for abilities or expectation .
But this is only possible when Morality/Compassion (Sanskar) shows from within. IF YOU ARE CAPABLE IN THIS REGARD AND ARE ABLE ENOUGH, SADHGURU WILL FIND YOU HIMSELF, SEEK YOU.
If you are interested in adhyatma by heart, .. From an inner point of view have a neutral/unconcerned/nonchalant attitude towards world/society/family .
You don't have greed, hatred, grudge, malevolence, jealousy inside you then you are going right .
Also one thing, breathe is the gateway to spirituality.
