The Buddha didn't say "life is suffering." He said "the five aggregates subject to clinging are dukkha" (SN 56.11). "Suffering" is just one of several ways the word "dukkha" can be translated. It has also been translated as "dissatisfaction" and "stress."
According the the Buddha's teachings, we feel suffering or dissatisfaction because we cling to the five aggregates of form, sensation, perception, volition, and consciousness. By clinging less, and following the middle—equanimous—way, we mitigate our dukkha.
SN56.11 (English translation of SN 56.11, “Setting in Motion the Wheel of the Dhamma”):
“Now this, bhikkhus, is the noble truth of suffering: birth is suffering, aging is suffering, illness is suffering, death is suffering; union with what is displeasing is suffering; separation from what is pleasing is suffering; not to get what one wants is suffering; in brief, the five aggregates subject to clinging are suffering.”

It feels the same way as when you hear someone describing the dream they’ve seen or events in a fiction book they read. The concepts and the meaning of what is being said are understood intellectually, but there is no emotional response inside, as it is clearly seen as a work of imagination. It is obvious that the verbal arrows shot in your direction have no real target that they could possibly hit, so there is nothing at all that needs to be done.
In fact, it sometimes feels funny and outright silly, as the seriousness with which the insults and accusations are made is quite comical. It looks like the other party performs a round of shadow fighting without knowing it.
The reason why you mention the “I do not exist” mantra as a possible protection is because you cannot yourself see clearly how exactly this is the case, so you are full of doubt. When there is no doubt left, it becomes the new normal. It then takes effort to think the other way to understand at least conceptually what the fuss is all about - kind of when you watch some exotic silly ritual and you have to remind yourself not to laugh because for its performers it is a very serious business.
I must add, this also creates some problems, as certain people tend to confuse the lack of the expected response (“How dare you!”) for weakness. Also, both the skills and the taste for hurting people back with words diminish. This is not ideal because people who can only understand force lose respect for your words and actions. It leads to mistakes on their side and subsequent problems in relationships. I am still learning how to deal with that.

No point at all.
Just a nice new-age hallmark homily.
Making statements like , “We are all One” or “We can ‘attain’ Oneness or Enlightenment” are all statements made by the ‘mind,’ which itself is nothing but an illusion, and can never, never achieve Oneness or ‘enlightenment.’ It doesn’t disprove non-duality, which is actual. It just proves ‘mind’ can’t possibly comprehend it…even yours.:-)
Obviously, Oneness can not be experienced…because that would require a subject and an object, an experience (One) and an ‘experiencer’…which immediately brings us back to ‘two.’:-)
So there’s no point in saying it. But there is a reality called Being it.

The world nowadays has a weakness; science has a lot of power, the danger is scientism. Humanities and social sciences are seen as less important because they delimit the frames each field operates and try to understand abstract notions. On the other hand, science is about technology and the comprehension of the natural world. Therefore, it is easier to see its benefits. However, to have depth in your thoughts to explore real life, you need to know what is suffering.
Studying sociology, psychology, literature and philosophy will give you breadth and depth in addition to any STEM fields you are looking for. Instead of seeing the world as a dichotomy of 0 and 1, you'll see it as a nuanced, complex and multiphasic of millions of colours.

What Is Ho’oponopono?
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice for forgiveness and reconciliation. It’s more than the prayer alone; it's a process of making things right in your relationships -- with others, ancestors, deities, the earth, yourself.
The family ritual focuses on working through problems together, openly expressing feelings, and releasing each other. It’s the act and intention of holding a space for reflection, repentance, forgiveness, and gratitude.
Special words are exchanged, emotions are revealed, and forgiveness flows both ways. A ceremonial feast might follow, symbolizing the release.
The philosophy behind this practice is that we’re each responsible for what shows up in our reality. We own our feelings and our experiences. So even if someone else has wronged us, we're the ones saying "I am sorry. Forgive me..."
The foundation of this practice is unity: an unbreakable bond connects you to everyone else, even though we seem so separate.
When errors are corrected externally, errors are corrected internally. When you “cleanse” your consciousness, you contribute to the cleansing of the “collective consciousness.” When you forgive others, you, too, are
