Mind is your friend as well as your enemy, Brimming over with knowledge you’ve learned. However, when ego rules your thoughts,
These are extra burdens, you’ve earned.
By now, the die has been cast,
Still, the ego must have its say. Demands are placed upon you,
Then, the wear mind.........must pay.
Emotions are diseases,
That bind us to the illusion. Pulling us in every direction, Creating endless confusion.
But, once we make the mind our friend, Its possibilities will take us far. Pointing us in the right direction,
To show us who we are.
It takes a willful mind,
With courage to find the Self
