OS MAP DTR EDU CRSS

/////////////////////KHAD TILL DTR STUDIES WELL

////////////////////LH OF AN EXHAUSTED DEER IN FRONT OF WOLF

///////////////////////////SWITZER=It is better to remain silent at the risk of being thought a fool, than to talk and remove all doubt of it.

//////////////////////20 MIN BRISK WALK AND 20 MIN BRISK MEDITATION=Many people read about the benefits of meditating for 20 minutes each day and try to do just that, resulting in discouraging failure.

//////////////////////............Instead, BLANK OWN MIND for just 30 seconds. Once you can go the whole time without your mind wandering, double the duration. Repeat.
When your mind does wander, don’t be down on yourself! Simply accept it and center your thoughts once more. Becoming frustrated about this will only set you back further.
You’ll work your way to 20 minutes in no time.

////////////////////////...........MEDITATN=If there’s anything meditation has taught me, its how to take better care of my body. When you meditate, you become very aware of any tightness, pain or discomfort that may have already been in your body, but you were too distracted or busy to notice. Could have been caused from lack of stretching, strength, eating something that doesn’t agree with you etc. The point is, when you become aware of it, you understand the genuine needs of your body and mind a little better and can start to change your habits for the better :)

//////////////////////////////////Such that the thinker doesn’t control the thoughts, the thoughts control, the thinker. (A lot of this was inspired by Alan Watts view on meditation.) In such that, most meditation Guru’s will have to “center your thoughts” and focus focus focus right off the bat and have you go at it just so that he can prove a point and get that out of the way. Rather, after that, he encourages you to just endure and listen to your thoughts. Eventually, you’ll mind will get bored of it’s A.D.D. similarity and then.. you enter into a new level of meditational ecstasy.

//////////////////////////////////////////Intermittent fasting, on the other hand, decreases the body's expression of IGF-1. And it also appears to switch on a number of DNA repair genes. Restricted feeding, says Longo, makes our body go from "growth mode" to "repair mode."

/////////////////////////////restricting calories can also lengthen telomeres — which has a protective effect on our DNA and genetic material, which in turn helps with cellular health (i.e. it helps us extend healthy lifespan).

///////////////////////// caffeine is a known appetite suppressant.

///////////////////////////AD=As well as showing us products, adverts also present us with values, ideals and social standards. They draw upon major personal themes such as beauty, happiness, love, companionship, sex, and self-image, in a positive but unrealistic light to promote their product. As a consequence, these adverts are potentially shaping us towards mental states, which are in fact, quite inhibiting, insecure, and unhealthy.

////////////////////////////////// As one psychologist puts it: “the current aesthetic model for women, characterised by skinniness, is internalized early on, before the age of 10, and remains throughout adolescence.
