What is the proof for self-evident consciousness?

Something is self-evident when it’s obviously true.

No demonstration or reasoning is required to establish it.

The ancient Vedas defined reality as Being-Consciousness-Bliss.

This might sound “spiritual” but it’s a fundamental axiom.

Because we know we exist, we must be conscious.

Because we’re conscious, we must exist.

That takes care of Being and Consciousness.

What about Bliss?

Simple existence can’t have any qualities.

Its very essence is baseline neutrality.

Because of this, it’s been called open, spacious, and clear.

Its nature is bliss, prior to any emotion.

Our true nature is bliss, and when we return to it, we’re home.
