Non-attachment (Vairagya)
We already saw how clinging to the objects or aggregates cause us
suffering. Mistaking something that is not you as you is what we call as
identification. As you become less identified with things, as you stop
deriving your sense of self from what you have, what you know, what you
have done and experienced, you automatically develop non-attachment.
Again, witnessing helps you to gradually dis-identify and develop nonattachment.
