I want to talk to my grandpa who died a few years ago. Is there anyone who knows how to do it or can anyone call his spirit via some crystal ball or some other method?

If you can't do it yourself then look for a good medium. There's alot of fake ones though right here on Quora. So I suggest you try yourself first by taking out a photo of him & talk to him as if he was right there with you. Ask questions. Tell him to come into your dream cause that's the easiest way for them to communicate with you. Keep asking everyday for him to come in your dreams. This may take awhile so don't give up. Sometimes they show us signs that they're with us but if you don't know the signs it's frustrating him that you don't understand this. If this is the case keep asking him to come into your dreams with messages. Ask him what you want to know but tell him to do it through your dreams. Then when it happens write everything down & date it for reference. Keep a diary of your dreams when he comes to you. This way you won't forget anything he says. Tell him you love him and miss him everyday.

When our body dies, our Silver Cord is broken and our Spirit, or True Self, is set free. The Silver Cord connects our Spirit to our human vehicle just under our diaphragm… like a sparkling Silver umbilical Cord.

Our Spirit is then met by others that come through from Home/Heaven and possibly even a huge golden Seraphim angel. We are allowed to hang around until after our funeral… but we can choose to leave straight away if we want.

Once we have crossed The Great Abyss safely, hence the need for the angel and others from heaven, and alive Home in Heaven there is a huge celebration where we get to meet up with everyone we had ever known while on Earth.

After that we go off for Debriefings and Healing… because our journey to Earth leaves us with many Spiritual Wounds. Depending on the amount of damage we have incurred we remain in the Healing Centre for about 2 years on average. Some take much longer… it depends on their acceptance and knowledge and how strong their individual, personal, relationship with The Most High God was when living their last life on Earth.

Once Healed we are then encouraged to attend re-education facilities… much like Earth Universities… and these exist on all 12 levels of Heaven. Eventually, there will be 14 levels of Heaven… originally there were only Seven… but the new levels have been made available one at a time since 1959. (EG… The Spirit of the late Princess Dianna is currently studying on Level 9)

So… what I am saying to you is… your Dearly departed Husband is probably still in his Debriefings and/or Healing Facility in Heaven. But he will be able to apply to come to Earth for a visit after that is completed… and if those in charge feel it is safe enough for him to return AND in the best interests of everyone he wishes to make contact with. It really all depends on how things are here on Earth by that time.

If your dog is showing signs of being ill, please do take him or her to the vet. You can't assume it's old age. It may be kidney or heart problems, or something else. Some of these issues are -to some extent perhaps -fixable. Or at least palliative care can give your dog a decent quality of life for as long as possible.

An old dog can have a problem, and then perk up sometimes when the problem gets treated

Three VERY important words about the last months or weeks of a dog's life who is fading from plain old age. "Quality Of Life".

Those considerations will let you know when it's time to let them go peacefully.

The main guidelines about quality of life are:

Can your dog still enjoy food?

Can your dog still drink water?

Can they poop, pee, and move sufficiently to do these things in a right place?

Do they still get some enjoyment out of life? Seeing their favourite people or animal friends, do they wag and greet them?

Is there still some kind of interest in their gaze or the way they look at you?

Are they mobile at all?

Are they able to sleep?

Are they sniffing at things and showing interest when they go out (if they can go out)?

It's obvious that an old dog won't be chasing frisbee, or going for long walks, and their walks may be just in the garden, or half a block, at a slow pace. An old dog may have disturbed night time sleep, but will sleep perhaps more in the day. They may spend many more hours sleeping. But the important thing is how are they when they wake up? Interested, eating, drinking, wagging, able to pass urine and feces okay, looking fairly content?

Another important word is.....Pain.

A dog may whine, flinch when you touch them, pant, tremble or shiver, yelp sometimes, and go off food when they are in pain. When they stand, they may stand hunched over with their backs curved and their bellies tucked in. They will look miserable.

That doesn't have to mean they are dying. But it will mean they need some medical help and probably pain/inflammation relief.

But certainly, if you know you have an end-of-life or terminally-ill dog and you start to see those signs, it means they have pain, and it is time to give them a peaceful passing.

Old age can be gentle and gradual sometimes, and at other times organs fail and there is suffering. So the very important thing is to be really attuned to them and their needs, and don't leave them alone for too long at a time.

And yes, dogs do go to the afterlife. They never forget those who love them and who they have loved. Many come back now and again to visit. Mine does, bless her lovely Soul. That visit is the most heartwarming thing I have known. So setting them free when their bodies fail is a real kindness.
