think what Vallejo means by “I’ve died so little” is “I know so little.” To die so little, to suffer so little, is to know so little. Pain is also a vehicle of knowledge. It may very well be knowledge itself.

There is no ‘true self‘ or ‘false self.’ There is only The Self.

And even that is just a word, a concept, ineffable, unknowable.

There is only Nothing. Appearing as Everything.

Meditation is just one more apparent activity in Nothing being Everything.

It is often ‘noble-ized’ or advocated as a virtuous activity that ‘leads to’ certain exalted ‘states’ over ‘time.’

But if there is only The Self, “who” is meditating, and for “whose” benefit?

If there is no ‘time,’ how could it “lead” to something “later?”

If there is only The Self, no separate entities, “who” would need to meditate to become ‘one’ with that which is already All That Is?

Meditation is an apparent beneficial activity, only for apparent dream-characters.

It’s not harmful, and certainly produces beneficial effects within the dream.

It does not cause ‘awakening,’ or even create a better environment or opportunity for that to happen.

Because there is Nothing that happens to No One. There is only The Self.

So enjoy meditating because you enjoy meditating - not because you hold any illusions that it is superior to any other apparent activity not-done by these illusory dream-characters.

There is only The Self, and it doesn’t need to meditate.

It doesn’t need to ‘attain’ more calm or peace or samadhi.

It doesn’t need to ‘realize’ it is not the mental activity, but rather the Awareness that illuminates the mind.

It doesn’t need to ‘awaken.’

It is the dream and the dreamer.

It is Everything and Nothing.

It is All There Is.
