PRNTS DTH DNH? ZNTH?

Throughout the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna refers to Samkhya and Yoga as one thing. Samkhya philosophy is far more than just the enumeration of the multiverses. It is the oldest of the Astikas (Orthodox schools of thought) in India. Although it no longer exists as a separate, living entity, its immeasurable impact on our Yoga philosophy and practice is undeniable.

Meditation is a natural process — it's not a technique.

In the beginning, we often benefit from guided practice but, when the process takes-off it has its own momentum.

Techniques are employed in a different kind of learning i.e. knowledge acquisition and, applied learning.

True meditation isn't something we discover vicariously. Its not something that we 'do'.

It simply happens when we let-go, settle down and, settle-in. We are immersed/baptised in peace and clarity. Not as a ritualised practice, in truth.

There's an effortless movement through deepening levels of natural stillness.

Do you see the difference between doing something and, letting go?

In a garden we may be busy gardening. At other times, we may relax, kick-back and, just appreciate what's in the garden. Natural stillness is like this, we aren't busy with some kind of activity.

There's a letting-go of the imagined 'doer' and doing. It's about being not doing?

This is when peace starts to flower, open up. The most beautiful, fragrant flower in the garden of life.

There's no happiness without peace, plain and simple.

Meditation is what takes place as we let go of—not grasp or, cling to—experience, as it unfolds. Remaining still, settled, relaxed, nonreactive, kind.

We may slowly and gently relax the body and mind through directed attention, scanning and relieving tension consciously then, we simply let go and, feel/see what happens.

Allowing space for the breath to come into awareness and, not trying to ignore it, if it does, can be a simple way to enter natural stillness.

As a consequence of reaction-free attention while remaining still, the stream of consciousness—internally—the movement of thoughts and, the feelings they give rise to, loses momentum, gaps begin to open-up between thoughts and, the whole process begins to go into abeyance then, there's a natural stillness and silence.

This silence is then attended to, it's beautiful-quality becomes increasingly apparent then, we are left with the beauty alone then, a unique joy, total ease, no more grasping and clinging then, when there's no more grasping and clinging, the seperative sense of self vanishes.

If reaction-free attention is sustained over many days the sense of self may cease to arise, at all.

This opens up new vistas of discovery/seeing/being that were previously unavailable, inaccessible.

No parachute no ground…

It's possible to relate to experience in this way in daily life and, in meditation.

When this happens in daily life and, in periods of natural stillness, when there's an unbroken continuity of reaction-free attention, this movement towards stillness and clarity deepens.

It triggers a deepening process of discovery. The emergence of transformative insights.

This is not an exercise, a method that is practiced, a series of techniques enacted by someone.

As natural stillness deepens the idea of a someone doing anything is seen to be an assumption. The thinker, the doer, the experiencer, ceases to arise as a mental event, an act of self identification, a seperative ‘sense of self'.

This 'cessation' of subjective experiencing doesn't mean life—daily life—stops happening. Life goes on beautifully but, not as before.

Life isn't taken personally, life is living itself. It's always been this way but, it's rarely noticed or embodied in fullness/wholeness.

When the worlds in which we coarise come to stillness there's a true-cessation in 'emptiness' (suññatā).

The stilling of all formations.

And a Heaven in a Wild Flower

We are responsible for some things, while there are others for which we cannot be held responsible. The former include our judgement, our impulse, our desire, aversion and our mental faculties in general; the latter include the body, material possessions, our reputation, status – in a word, anything not in our power to control.”

Kundalini it self is whole science in it .While at same time it is a very basic energy, primordial cosmic power or Spiritual energy. Kundalini plays very important role during birth of any human being .As we all know that there are 2 chakra which lies out of our physical body just to the top of the head and also if you observe a new born baby's some part of skull is not formed there is just skin no bone as per yogic terminology it is called as (Brahmarandhra )=randhra simply means as passage or tunnel. Now this is part of the body from where the life descend in to the fetus. As per the yogic culture it is observed that life enters the body between 40–48 days but if enters after 48 days then he or she are great being who are going to take birth the one who are like Avaliya (अवलिया) it means a holy person ,or saint or sage or austere devotion .

In normal words he or she are going to create some history ,in life time a great person

It is observed that as there is kundalini awakening(Shakti) and she is residing at Mooladhara and travels to Sahasrara chakra to meet shiva (pure consciousness) a person is Enlighted, normally yogis choose to take samadhi and break this physical boundaries and get merge with the source .But they choose this Brahmarandhra or passage to exist from the physical body

Second part =As we all know the average people life today is between 65–75 years .The human body is approximately 99% comprised of just six elements: Oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, calcium, and phosphorus. Another five elements make up about 0.85% of the remaining mass: sulfur, potassium, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium. All of these 11 elements are essential also it is made of panchamahabuta As per yogic culture chitta shakti( atman) when it is in physical body a person is alive and if it exist he or she is dead .But to live such lengthy life a power full source of energy is required and thus is kundalini .Kundalini is thoroughly involved for taking birth till the baby is delivered and then it rest at Mooladhara. Further you can awakening it by sadhana ,mantra japa tapa ……… Kundalini is an immortal bridge called as(Amritya-Setu between Individual self (Jivatma) and (God-Paramatma).

HI FIBER X LONGEVITY

Consuming 35 g of fibre a day will reduce the risk of early death by more than a third.

Experts say that high fibre intake increases life expectancy, improves blood sugar levels, and causes weight loss, however, processed foods won’t have these beneficial effects.

One study found that consuming 35 g of fibre per day will lower the likelihood of early death by 35 percent compared with those who have only 19 g of fibre a day.

Is it as simple as withdrawing from the stand of body/mind and resting as the awareness?

Answer:

Yes, it is that simple. It is both simple and easy. That is why it is called effortlessness.

You have to give up the effort involved in creating a story in the mind with thoughts, sensations, feelings, and sensations:

    • Incessant story-creation involves incessant image-making in the mind.
    • Incessant image-making involves a lot of pressure to keep up with the image.
    • Incessant pressure prevents you from resting as awareness/witnessing void.
    • This culminates not only into a lot of effort but increases stress.
    • Stress becomes a habit pattern.

We label this stress as the ‘new normal’. To break out of the ‘new normal’ story, one needs to simply withdraw from the temptation of giving in to the self-talk habit. Give up the effort to create because you only create imaginations out of that which is ‘not-reality’. Reality cannot be created by you. It is what it is! You are not the doer! Recognize this truth and be effortless.

When you are effortless, you will notice that everything happens on its own. You were just behaving like the clown who enters after the lion show is over and takes a bow greedy for applause.

Simply step back and be the witness! Remember this tip:

    • When the witness gets interested in the ‘witnessed object’, it gets consumed and loses itself.
    • When the witness remains interested only in itself, then even in the presence of the ‘witnessed object’, the witness does not get distracted/consumed.

When you get consumed, story-creation commences. When you are only interested in yourself [awareness is aware of itself], story-creation does not get a trigger to even begin.

Be unconsumed!

Ashtavakra Gita is merely a dialogue between Ashtavakra and King Janaka of Mithila on the nature of self or atman. Ashtavakra insists on the complete unreality of external world and absolute oneness of existence. It does not mention any morality or duties, and therefore is seen by commentators as 'godless'. It also dismisses names and forms as unreal and a sign of ignorance. However, this is merely a view of a sage only. There are many such views in contrary too.

It can only be directly perceived and that which perceives can’t be “you”.. It’s only when the entire falsity of being “you” is erased, this is known! One cant know they are dreaming in the dream unless spontaneously one wakes up and realizes it’s always been here and now and everything arises only in awareness, there and then (which includes that there is this that all knowledge all way of the mind) dissolves in one shot
