(A2A). Both are concepts of the mind.
“You” can’t be present, because there is only Presence, no one to be present or unpresent. That would necessitate duality.
Similarly, “you” can’t be aware of awareness, because there is only Awareness. Separating it into Awareness and ‘something’ or someone that is aware of Awareness (even Awareness Itself) would indicate duality again.
The moment you say “I am fully present” you are no longer. Because there is two - Presence andsomeone who is there noticing and commenting on that.
The moment you say “I am fully in this moment, you couldn’t be. That moment has already passed. What is the duration of ‘this moment?’ Does it have any duration at all?
The moment you say “I am aware of Awareness” you are not. How can you be fully aware of Awareness if part of “you” (ego-mind) is also standing aside noticing and expressing that?
Since both ‘being present’ and ‘being aware of Awareness’ are still just residual mental activity, cease trying to be either.
When there is no mental activity, Presence/Awareness/Being is naturally all there is.
