Just as clarified butter (ghee) is inherently hidden within milk, divine wisdom lies dormant within every being. To awaken this innate knowledge, the mind must be kept in constant motion, much like the churning of milk. Just as churning yields nectar, so too does deep contemplation and spiritual practice lead to the realization of the self.
By sharpening the eye of wisdom and elevating it like a flame, one must recognize the divine essence within. This essence, the Brahman, is indivisible—free of all distinctions. It is unshaken, eternally stable, and the ultimate embodiment of peace.
The sages encapsulated this truth in the declaration “Aham Brahmasmi”—“I am Brahman,” affirming the ultimate reality of existence. Recognize the divinity within yourself, and awaken it through spiritual discipline and self-reflection. The wisdom obtained through this inner churning guides life toward fulfillment and liberation.
