Falharini Kali Puja (often called Phalaharini Amavasya) is a Hindu festival dedicated to Goddess Kali, observed on the Amavasya (new moon) of the Hindu month of Jyeshtha (usually May–June).
Meaning of “Phalaharini”
- Phala = fruits/results of karma
- Harini = remover
So, Phalaharini means “the remover of the results of past actions (karma).”
Spiritual Significance
Devotees worship Goddess Kali seeking:

- protection and inner strength.
This night is considered especially powerful for:
