////////////////////////////FIW=You see, the mind is addicted to various behaviours (and for most of us, you can read ‘mind’ for ‘me’). You ready for a list?...
- Being busy (the mind hates being still)
- Striving for things through effort (the mind hates to be content in the now)
- Resisting things, people, events, situations that are (the mind hates to accept what is)
- Being judgemental
- Being anxious and in fear

When the (almost inevitable) resultant pain of these behaviours hits you, saying F**k It is the perfect antidote.

So, say F**k It and –
- Be still,
- Be happy to sit in the now,
- Accept things just as they are (people, events, situations),
- Don’t judge,
- Relax and know that things will be okay.

Because, one way or another, they will.

Until next time,
May you walk happily in The F£$^& It Way,

John

/////////////////F**k It is about moving from a position of being out of synch with the flow of life and our bodies into one where we let go into this flow and trust ourselves (and the flow of life) fully.
