am seeing teenage girls with the following collection of problems;
1) Morbid obesity
2) Horrible skin with facial greasiness, acne, hisrsuitism, skin tags and acanthosis nigricans
3) Excessive daytime tiredness and poor school performance
4) Depression
5) Hypertension
6) Dyslipidemia
7) Diabetes mellitus
8) Irreguar menses.
Put another way these girls have MS+T2DM + PCOD+ D +OSAS . call this the "full catastrophe"
