NN MURMUR

Any dysmorphic features or other anomalies with higher association with CHD
2. Any symptoms or signs of heart failure, i.e. breathing difficulties, feeding problems, sweating, shock and enlarged liver
3. Any evidence of cyanosis (dusky appearance, post-ductal saturation ≤96%)
4. Palpation of brachial and femoral pulses with assessment of pulse volume
5. Heart sounds
6. Presence of any heave or thrill
7. Murmur – intensity, character, location and radiation
