Ajmal Shabbir talks about What Happens When We Die || What is death? || English

Death is a part of life, the problem is that we are not ready to accept death. We fear death, ignore death, call death sadness. Are you ready to accept death? No, we are afraid of death. We are afraid to hear about the death of our parents, we always think about death and fear. You should also fear the death of your parents, it is okay. but important is we need to understand what death is? The question is whether someone actually dies in this world or not. If you understand death deeply, there is a sense of separation, but there is no sadness. There is a big difference between sadness and sense of separation. There is nothing in this world called death. Death is nothing but change That which changes, we call death, nothing dies in this world In this world, no one can die scientifically or die spiritually. Does water die when you boil it? A cloud is visible in the sky, it rains and after some time the cloud is not visible in the sky, then does the cloud die? We say the body is dead, where does the body die? 70% of our body is made up of water. By eating food, the body grows, even before the body was formed, food was growing on this earth, when the body expires, even after that, vegetables grow on the earth, then what died and what was born? Change we call it death and that change we call it birth. Basically we are attached to memories and consider these memories as life, what are memories? These memories are ghosts, nothing but ghosts. Here ghost means past, these memories are nothing but past. We are riding ghosts and therefore can never be happy. If a group of ghosts follow you, there is no problem, if a ghost hangs on your head, then there is a problem, death is also a ghost hanging on our head. All the forms in the world are made of nature, this body is made of this nature, when this body expires, it becomes a part of this nature. All the forms in this world are constantly changing, because of memory we think these forms don't change. We are entangled in memory, we don't understand that memory is past. We are not seeing what is happening in the present moment and are confused in memory, so we are sad. Hold on to the truth than there is no reason to be sad Death means change and birth means change. Change is only constant in this universe. When we understand this deeply, then we cannot get stuck in memory. There is nothing that we can hold on to in reality. On the basis of effort we try to live in the present moment, the truth is that living in the present moment does not require effort. When one's understanding deepens, all fears disappear. Rumi's understanding is deep, so all desires and all fears have disappeared within him. When understanding deepens, all confusions disappear, all useless questions disappear When the understanding of life deepens then you do not need to do meditation, you will always be meditation. Thinking creates confusion, when there is no confusion in life, there is no need to think. If you try to sit without proper understanding of life , no matter for how hours or days, you can never be in meditation. There are confusions in life, that's why there are thoughts, there is a fear of dying, that's why there are thoughts, if there is no fear of dying, then there is no need for thinking. Thoughts are the reason why you are entangled in the past, if you are not attached to the past, then the moment is in the present and the present moment is free from all kinds of fear. There will be many hopes and desires related to the future, so you cannot live in the present moment, neither death nor birth takes place in the present moment. When a person knows the lies of past and future, he is in the present moment. Spirituality is a wonderful thing, spirituality frees us from all kinds of fear and desire, frees us from the prison of past and future, frees us from the fear of death and birth. Seeing and understanding things as they are is called spirituality. There are seven billion people in the world, the water in the body of all these people is the same, the food is the same in the bodies of all these people, when these bodies expire, they become a part of nature. What kind of meditation is needed to understand this truth of life, this truth has to be understood deeply, that is the name of spirituality.

HAWKINS I saw that all pain and suffering arises solely from the ego and not from God. This was a truth that I silently communicated to the minds of my patients. When I intuited this mental block in another mute catatonic who had not spoken in many years, through my mind, I said to him, “You’re blaming God for what your ego has done to you.” He then jumped off the floor and began to talk, much to the shock of the nurse who witnessed the incident.
