BRAIN SHAPE X THOUGHTS X BHVR

 A

James Pang, the study’s lead author and a research fellow at Monash University in Australia, likened the significance of brain shape to a pebble making ripples in a pond: The size and shape of the pond helps determine the nature of those ripples.

People whose dreams are more positive have better mental health, research finds.

However, those who have more negative dreams tend to experience more anxiety while they are awake as well.

When we ascend all the way to the 12th dimension and rejoin the Source. Most souls to do desire this, as they lose all individuality and boundaries when it happens, we are not talking about the human ego - it dies with a 3D body, but energetic boundaries and self-awareness of a soul as an energy being. Most souls desire to ascend beyond 3D and stop reincarnating on negative planets, like Earth, but they gladly stay in 5D Lightbodies or go to positive planets without violence and illnesses, and a very long life span. This you can do after you learned basic human lessons (about 100 lives), but if you came to Earth from an advanced Star Race or Angelic Plane - you can leave Earth after any life, as you were very high vibration and came here to help humans.

I can only speak for myself.

I felt that it was the scariest spiritual trap I got myself into.

At first it seemed like an esoteric concept upon the grasping of which, the true nature of Reality would unfold.

Through maxims like “Tat Tvam Asi” (Thou Art That) and “Aham Brahmasmi”, Advaita stresses on the lack of difference between Brahman and Atman.

It prescribes to a complete dissolution of personal identity in order to experience the Truth/ Eternal Bliss/ etc.

And apparently this is possible even whilst living in the material world (through their concept of Jivanmukti).

For a few years I tried very hard to convince myself that Brahman was the same as Atman despite the obvious contradictions.

It was very disconcerting to view Brahman as an Impersonal Being free of attributes & everything else including myself as Maya (illusion).

What ensued was futile mental gymnastics that lead me nowhere.

That was when I decided to look into Dvaita and Vishistadvaita Philosophies propounded by prominent Vaishnava Acharyas.

These were comparatively easier to understand, no mind boggling contradictions & no ‘neither this nor that’ perplexity.

नास्ति नारायणसमं न भूतं न भविष्यति।

एतेन सत्यवाक्येन सर्वार्थान्साधयाम्यहम्'॥

There is nothing which is equal to Nārāyana ; there never was such a thing and there never will be such a thing.

Disclaimer:

As a Vaishnava devotee, I worship Lord Narayana as Supreme.

However I do respect other sects like Kaumara, Saiva, Ganapatya, etc. which view their respective deities as superior.

U-shaped association between sleep duration and cognitive performance. Both sleeping between 6 and 8 hours per night and higher levels of physical activity were independently linked to better cognitive function.

At baseline, participants with higher physical activity and optimal sleep had higher cognitive scores than all combinations of lower physical activity and sleep categories. Those participants who were more physically active at the start of the study had better cognitive function, regardless of how long they slept. However over the 10-year period, the cognitive trajectories changed, with those sleeping for less than 6 hours experiencing more rapid cognitive decline, even among the more physically active group.
