Sakshi bhava

A
Don't try to change the person through force.

Instead, observe the person as it is.

The person is the body that acts and the mind that thinks.

Be observing the body and mind as they are, we become aware of many things.

Observing the body and mind as they are, we automatically begin to transcend the bonds of conditioning and start to become free from suffering the personal limitations.

Observing the body and mind as they are, natural and spontaneous changes occur in the person.

This happens due to the understanding of one's real nature deepening.

It happens because we start to dissolve identification with the body and mind.

Our identity starts to shift into a deeper, subtler realm.

We no longer operate from a form identity, but instead our real formless nature.

When we live life AS the body and mind, our point of view is limited.

When we observe the body and mind, we start to have a greater awareness of all things, including our own real nature.

So when it comes to spiritual growth, and actually even when it comes to personal transformation, know very well that it all stems from observation, not forceful action.

Observation is real intelligence. Observation frees and brings clarity.
