Anil Kapoor’s Diet Plan
His typical diet is as follows:
BREAKFAST
Milk with oats and a banana
Or
Egg white omelette and whole meal bread toast with a glass of fresh juice/black coffee.
SNACKS
Green tea
Or
1 small fruit
LUNCH
Vegetable sandwich
DINNER
egg white scrambled with beans with 1 bowl mixed vegetables and 1 multi
grain roti
