EXPECTATION X IRRITATION

One thing to take from this is that when you have to wait, lowering your expectations about when things will get done will make your waiting time shorter and more pleasant. You will face fewer disappointments and you will be pleasantly surprised if it ends up taking less time. Change the way you look at waiting time. We are all more than happy to take a 10-minute break at work but feel we are wasting time when we have to wait 10 minutes in a queue."
