DTR CRSS X UNTETHERED AWARENESS

 UNTETHERED AWARENESS

What is awareness of being or consciousness of being?

Right now there is seeing, right? There is awareness of this now that attention was brought to it. That’s awareness of awareness. Seeing seeing. In experience. Because to philosophize about it holds no value.

This the natural state. Effortless. The unnatural state is the felt sense that there is someone seeing. In reality, seeing, hearing, everything just happens. Awareness witnesses without having a sense that there is a witness. And that which is witnessed is awareness also. Indeed, awareness - or the noumenon - appears as all objects, or phenomenon.

It’s incredibly simple. But while there is the sense ‘I am the doer’, it (allegedly) gets in the way, like a cloud blocking the sun. In illusion, there seems to be a subject who is seeing, separate from the objects that are seen.

But once you include the body-mind that goes by your name among the objects that are seen, then it becomes a part of the seen, rather than a separate see-er. But WHO is aware of the entire seen/scene? WHO is not in it, and yet pervades all of it, simultaneously?

Your question is not worth an intellectual answer. Be aware of being and find out for yourself. Who exclaims ‘I Am’? Is it a separate’I’ or the only ‘I’ there is? Are there really many beings or just being? What’s the use in asking others when you can find out directly?

Find out who you are, through direct seeing (not thinking):

Thanks for your question…

Yes, yes, yes, a thousand times Yes!

But when you perform Japa, your focus must be only on the mantra and nothing else. No, not even on the awakening of Kundalini!

The focus on Japa must be so much that there's no room for the thought, “I have performed so much Japa….still I don't experience Kundalini awakening.”

Your “I" consciousness must become one with Japa. Japa alone must remain. Then whatever awakening has to happen, will happen of its own accord.

Sri Sarada Devi, the divine consort of Sri Ramakrishna had said, “जपात् सिद्धि:, जपात् सिद्धि:, जपात् सिद्धि:।’’ (Japāt sidhihi, Japāt sidhihi, Japāt sidhihi)
