A   Remember this analogy: When the clouds move away,movement of clouds do not create the sun; The sun did not come into being because the clouds moved away. But the disappearance of the clouds revealed the sun which was already there all along. The same way, whatever practice that we do is to remove the impurities which are clouding the truth of who you are. The practice removes the idea that there is a doer. The idea that there is a separate self which is the doer of actions is actually like a thick sheet of clouds which is stopping you from seeing the truth.

How can you master your mind?

This means literally that you want to master your being. Because your thoughts is your awareness, and your awareness is your conscious part of your Soul.

To master your being, you have to know who you are. You are an immortal energetic pure positive being, that projects into and through a human vessel a human life. Your real home is the pure positive immaterial dimension, we call heaven.

It is important to know how to have balance in your mind. Because balance on earth exists always with two opposite forces. Balance in your Souls being, is different, it consists only of ONE FORCE, your pure positive life-energy.

How more positive energy you gather, how more in balance you are, and that is not of our dimension, but from the immaterial dimension. Here negativity does not exist, only positivity. That is how you can understand that your Soul is real and from another dimension.

What is the main reason of everyones life:

The main reason of everyones life is to grow above the egoistic, greedy and negative ego perspective and to grow above the negativity of life, by formulating pure positive thoughts, which are good for you AND good for all other people in the world AND good for Nature, in good and bad situations. This is the only way to create balance in yourself.

When you focus on what you have, who you are, what you can, what you desire, you focus on positivity in your life. This means you create positive thoughts and create automatically positive energy, which adds to your balance in your awareness and directly into your Soul.

When you formulate consciously and subconsciously positive thoughts than you create positive energy and fill again your Soul with balance.

When you create in life new experiences and enjoy them, have fun, and experience other positive emotions, than you have formulated consciously and subconsciously positive thoughts which create positive energy and you become more in balance.

To become master of your mind is to understand what is a positive thought and what is a negative thought. To understand that positive thoughts, create positive emotions and feel good, as a Soul always does.

When you create negative thoughts, you create negative emotions and feel bad, as a signal to transform your thought from negative into positive thoughts. As a guidance to bring us back on the positive path in life.

Positivity, happiness, love, enjoyment, contentment are all positive energies. Just like pure positive thoughts are positive energies which vibrate on a high frequency. Your Soul is a pure positive energy vibrating on a high frequency, so our Nature is to be happy, positive and love, etc.

Positive energy vibrating on a low frequency, we call negative energy.
Still it is a low vibrating positive energy frequency. For clarity we use positive and negative energy. Just like positive and negative thoughts.

When you create negative thoughts, you lower your own energy to a lower frequency, this will feel less energetic, and you feel worse. It is all so logical.

Being master of your mind, means you know in good and bad situations to formulate the right pure positive thoughts. Than you are really enlightened just as Jesus was. We call this also the path to enlightenment.

Earth was meant to be as a school for our Souls, to experience positivity and negativity in a balanced way. Sadly by the free will of humans over generations we have developed an egoistic, greedy and negative ego perspective which causes us to formulate negative thoughts. That is why we feel most of the time bad and sad. This is why we experience so many negative emotions. Because we don’t know how to transform our negative thoughts into positive thoughts.

This is the only way to master your mind. Choose pure positive thoughts or not. Choose how you want to feel, good or bad. It is all your choice.

I no longer believe any of it has any inherent reality or significance to it, and, as Krishnamurti says, “I no longer mind what happens.”

I am the Awareness in which the perception of reality takes place, not the “me” that perceives it. Meditation didn’t change the way I perceive reality, it just dissolved the illusory ‘location’ of the ‘perceiver’

As such, even though this reality probably looks pretty much the same to me as it does to you, everything is always fine, everything just is.

The dark night phase that a seeker goes through can be compared to the the pain of separation that a Bhakthi Yogi goes through. A dark night or a spiritual crisis is actually a good indication for progress in the path. It is very important for the seeker to be courageous and use dark night as an opportunity for going deeper in witnessing and mindfulness.

The wisdom traditions call this “dying before you die.”

Sometimes, these setbacks are just what we need to take a giant step forward.

But make no mistake:

Everything that preceded awakening will be subsequently seen as a misunderstanding.

Everything from mild annoyance to suicidal despair is the result of trying to use a rainbow as a hammer.

Misunderstanding has no direct relationship with accurate understanding.

An error doesn’t cause its own correction.

It’s the choice that counts.

There is no age to this awareness, and this is what you meditate upon, seek, and realise in Spirituality.

You do not know when this awareness began, or if it will end at all. But you know that this awareness is your ‘only being alive’. This is unborn and unending (you can't think of this awareness to end. Because, as you think, your awareness will still be there watching your ending. Try!)

So, brother! You are not forty. You are ageless. Your awareness is infinite.

Being an infinite being, you are eternally ready to realise this Spiritual eternity within your beautiful Self.

So, just close your eyes, send a prayer to the universe, your ancestors, your God (if you are a believer), your Master (if you have one), and meditate for a few minutes right now….. this moment of eternity!
