IMG. Matter is a phase of Consciousness

Advaita, or non-duality, does not suggest that the self is an illusion. In fact, it asserts the opposite: that all is the self (Brahman-self), or God, meaning everything exists within God. The ego, or false self, is the only delusion, not an illusion. This distinction is crucial. Reality is not a singular, undifferentiated consciousness; rather, it consists of four realms, each reflecting different levels of the self: physical, astral, mental, and eternal/Akashic. In the eternal realm, both differentiation and non-duality coexist, with undifferentiated existence at its core. The totality of these realms, when viewed as a whole, can be understood as one unified, divine reality.

Consciousness is not just the foundation of your being—it is the foundation of the entire physical universe. Everything—physical, astral, and mental—is composed of consciousness. The human form and our temporal consciousness are merely expressions of this infinite, eternal, all-encompassing, and omnipresent Consciousness—the Absolute. It is the ultimate reality beyond the 'gods' of Abrahamic traditions. It is the God of "gods"
