Universe is drap. But I at least understand it. BK

Let’s unpack this.

This statement that after being onstage “consciousness and sensory experiences disappear” - where’s the data, research or footage that shows that to be the case?

Actually the data, the research, the footage report that we are fully aware, fully remember - not only everything that happened in this lifetime, but all of the previous ones. Once off stage it all comes back.

Just like the Greek myth of the Goddess of Memory giving us a drink as we depart “all the previous lifetimes come to mind.” (the opposite drink when we arrive - blocking them all).

Why is that?

It’s because of filters on the brain.

See Pg 125 of Dr. Greyson’s book AFTER. or read Dr. Helen Wambach’s RELIVING PAST LIVES - both use the same sentence fifty years apart about the brain having “filters that block information not conducive to survival.”

However some people can bypass those filters. Some don’t have the filters until the 8th year of life. See people others cannot, recall previous lifetimes. Some people lose them prior to passing - 70% of hospice care workers in the UK report dementia patients having “terminal lucidity” just prior to passing.

Remember everything.

So why can’t some people remember this stuff?

Some can. Some mediums have altered filters. People can bypass filters using hallucinogens, during an NDE, OBE, in dreams - but also using hypnotherapy, mediumship or guided meditation. I’ve been filming people bypassing filters on the brain for fifteen years. Examples are in the films FLIPSIIDE, TALKING TO BILL PAXTON and HACKING THE AFTERLIFE on Amazon Prime or Gaia. Transcripts are in the books ARCHITECTURE OF THE AFTERLIFE, or DIVINE COUNCILS IN THE AFTERLIFE.

Scientists, clergy, doctors doing simple guided meditation to bypass those filters on the brain.

Further the data, research footage show there’s only “one version” of a person at a time - however because of how consciousness works, people report bringing only a portion of their conscious energy to a lifetime - in the research, the footage, the reports there are people who became aware of being in “more than one lifetime” concurrently. (Examples are in ARCHITECTURE OF THE AFTERLIFE and DIVINE COUNCILS.)

So while it’s possible to be in two places at once - like quantum mechanics - it’s rarely reported. However, 35% of the reports from the Newton Institute include memories of lifetimes off planet - so there’s that to consider. This ain’t the only rodeo.

Key is to examine why one chose this lifetime, this tactile experience. Visit the life planning process, talk to one’s guides, teachers, council members to ask them what the process was and why - and further, what the point is in learning this information for one’s current path?

1. Let Go of Everything.

Before meditating let go of everything. Your identity, your memories of the past, thoughts about the future, and whether or not this meditation session will be ‘good’ or ‘bad’. When you get into the deeper states of meditation you’ll be doing this anyway, why not start things off right?

2. Live a moral and ethical life (whatever that means to you)

We all know deep down what actions and deeds we consider to be ‘moral’ or ‘ethical’ - we can feel it. If you don’t do what you feel is ‘right’, it can be very difficult to do #1.

How difficult will it be for you to let go of thoughts about getting caught cheating, stealing from your family and friends, or killing someone?

3. Stick to one method

Whatever method you are inclined towards or have had success with, stick to it for the whole duration of the session. As a beginner it is good to experiment with different methods to see what you like and don’t like, after experimenting however, it’s best to stick with the same one during a meditation session if you want to go deep.

You don’t have to stick with the same one your whole life, but for the meditation sessions you want to go deep in, it’s generally best to stick to one. So if it’s visualizing, chanting, breath, or Kasina - just do that!

4. Meditate Longer

To go deep you generally need to meditate longer as we are accessing states of mind that are not frequented. Think of it like diving to the bottom of the ocean - we’re always on land and it’s easy for us to travel around because we’re already familiar with the terrain. But if you’re trying to get to the bottom of the ocean, the longer you can swim, the further you’ll get.

Most people recommend at least 45 minutes, which is where you’ll start seeing results as the mind starts to calm down. As you meditate longer, your body will also get used to remaining in a stable posture and this makes it easier for future sessions.

5. Constantly reinforce your intention and will until you absorb into your meditation object

You don’t want to keep walking around in circles on land. You want to dive into the ocean and start swimming to the floor depth.

When you get distracted and absorbed into thoughts that’s when you’re walking around in circles on land. You need to make sure you constantly remind yourself to go deeper and focus solely on the meditation object - don’t get absorbed into your thoughts.

And if weird things start happening like flashing lights, vivid memories, or extremely blissful sensations, IGNORE THEM. Keep focusing on your meditation object until its almost impossible for you to ignore them and then shift your focus.

If you start experiencing tension in your forehead or eyebrows than you’re possibly focusing too hard. You need to find the sweet spot where you aren’t too tense and exerting too much focus but also not too relaxed so that you start getting lost in your thoughts.

6. Learn from your meditation sessions

What worked?

What didn’t work?

Always learn and take something away from each of your meditation sessions. This way you will get better at going deeper and deeper and at the skill of meditation. If you keep repeating the same mistakes and doing the same things, you are never going to go deeper.

Spend at least a minute at the end of your session reviewing how it went and what states of mind you experienced. Were you restless, peaceful, zoning out etc. Why were you in such a state of mind? What could you try doing in the future to get yourself into a better state of mind?

Knowing the states of mind you frequently enter and how you can shift them towards the one you want will help you tremendously.

Finally, keep meditating, experimenting, and learning.
