Lies are Truth only because the lie actually was introduced into reality. Truth and lies are functionally only content. Subjectively, the full mind operates upon the content to make a judgment call. Does the brain generate the mind, simply contain it, or merely exchange messages with it?

if the brain generates the mind, then brain Neurons are the source of thinking. Therefore, Neurons should be able to communicate logically if removed from the human brain and sustained in an external survivable environment/host. However, I doubt that, because which Neuron decides what is Truth and what is not true?
