*Here are your daily tips for consciousness research, Buddha’s teachings, and Advaita Non-duality:*

**Consciousness Research Tip**
- Explore the “stream” model: Instead of seeing consciousness as a fixed thing, try observing it as a flow—moments of awareness arising and passing, shaped by conditions. This shift can help you notice how thoughts and “self” aren’t as solid as they seem.

**Buddha Talk Tip**
- Practice mindfulness by watching reality as it is, without grasping or resisting. The Buddha taught that clear seeing—recognizing impermanence, unsatisfactoriness, and the absence of a fixed self—brings real peace and freedom from suffering.

**Advaita Non-dual Tip**
- Try self-inquiry: Ask “Who am I?” or “Where is the line between me and the world?” Notice how hard it is to find a boundary. Advaita points to the realization that you are not separate from the whole—awareness itself is what you are.

Would you like a simple meditation exercise for any of these approaches?
