*Here are your tips for consciousness research, Buddha’s teachings, and Advaita Non-dual awareness:*

**Consciousness Research Tip**
- Explore consciousness as a flowing process, not a fixed thing. Buddhist teachings describe it like a river—always changing, never static. Try observing your thoughts and feelings as passing events, not as part of a solid “me.” This helps loosen attachment and brings clarity.

**Buddha Talk Tip**
- The Buddha taught that awareness is both the path and the goal. Practice mindfulness by being present with each moment, without clinging or resisting. This “letting go” is what leads to insight and peace. Meditation isn’t about escaping, but about seeing things as they truly are.

**Advaita Non-dual Tip**
- Advaita points to the insight that there’s no separate observer—no “I” apart from experience. Try self-inquiry: ask “Who am I?” and look for the “I” behind your thoughts. Notice how the sense of a separate self is just another passing experience. Rest in the awareness that contains everything, rather than identifying with any one part.
