Our mind is the illusion.

That creates the world we live in.

It is the world we believe in.

Created in thoughts, ideas, theories, beliefs, and scientific views.

But it is not the ultimate reality.

Or the foundation of our existence.

Consciousness is the womb of reality.

From it all things are created and exist.

It is the lifeblood of our existence.

It is the home of I AM.

We come to know who we are, not only believe it.

The certainty of knowing does not exist in beliefs.

Beliefs do not always feel complete.

When we believe we are always searching for more.

In consciousness we have come to the end.

Which is also the beginning.

Infinity is the substance and nature of consciousness.

It is all there is.

Zen pretty much comes down to three things — everything changes; everything is connected; pay attention.
